how well the group managed people.SAMIR

we as a group the project is going alright so far and we have nearly finished
thanks to our amazing people management skills. after few discussions as a group Everyone knows what they have to do because we have set them tasks based on their personal skills. By doing this it makes sure that everyone is working as well and efficient. We have worked as a team to get through this.We have also made a little group discussion, on the discussions we have made a schedule/trials for the crew this week these include actors and people in our groups like editor, fashion stylist.to see a general idea of what our crew can produce .There haven't been any problems so far and i hope everything goes well and fine.

How well the group coped when problems arose? SAMIR

our group didn't cope with problems at first, these includes things like , (bringing in our product BEATS BY DRE HEADPHONE), being absence in few lessons ,not motivated to work , so we couldn't do much filming or editing when our group members weren't in . But once we all got together we managed the problems we had pretty well , by managing the problems we had we were Abel to film and edit our TV advert very well, we promised to help each other out , and be on time on lessons .

overall although we made mistakes at first like not comming in on time, not bringing in our props for the advert. i recon we managed to fill in the gaps we missed while we were messing about .

how well the group managed health and safety- GEORGIA

we decided to manage health and safety by letting Georgia (me) carry out the risk assessment we believed this would be the best result as it would allow us to check this list and be fully aware of what we needed to be careful with.

How well the group managed health and safety: Ellie

Our group has managed it reasonably well as, to manage health and safety, we tasked Georgia with writing a Risk Assessment so that we could assess any risks and think of ways of making it a less dangerous site to film on. We did this so that it would be as safe as possible when we did decide to film, and we could prevent harm coming to anyone involved by having identified any possible safety hazards and ways to prevent them causing harm.
For example, we found that the wires from the lighting could be potentially dangerous so we decided that when using the lights we would put the wires away to the side by the wall where nobody walks to avoid a possible trip hazard.

how well the group managed the equipment-GEORGIA

our group have not yet made the euipment list, this will be made soon as we will need it for filming so we can make sure we have the exact equipment needed. We will carry out an equipment list to record all of our equipment.

how well the group managed the people- GEORGIA

Although we have decided that we are using 2 boys and 2 girls we still haven't yet found the actual people we are using. Managing the people has been one of the tasks we have not yet been certain on.

How well the group managed time- GEORGIA

Overall our group managed the time very well, within the past week we have been given our assignment me, Ellie and Samir have completed all the planning. This is reassuring as it means we will have more time to complete the filming and the rest of the tasks needed to do.

How the group managed equipment: Ellie

I think that our group managed equipment rather well because we started out by having Georgia do an equipment list - this consisted of the equipment we were using and when we booked it/needed it. We did this at the beginning of the project so that, when the time came that we needed to book the equipment, we would know everything we would need, possibly reasons why we needed it in the additional notes - if Georgia included them - to remind us, and to make sure the department had what we needed and that it was/will be available when we need to take it out. When it comes to filming our tv ad we will take care when handling and using the equipment to minimize chances of us breaking or damaging any of it.

How the group managed time: Ellie

As a group, I think we've managed time quite well. We split up the work between us depending on the difficulty of each task and the strengths of our group members. If one of us had one very difficult task to do the other tasks they would be given would be out of the easier ones. This was to ensure that, rather than one of us having multiple hard ones and someone else having only the easier ones, we would all have a roughly equal workload. We also took into account people's strengths and what they wanted to do so that we would be happy to do our assigned tasks.
For example, Georgia wanted to do the hierarchy chart so she was assigned that and I am more confident with the creative parts of the project so I was given the storyboard to do.

How well the group managed health and safety issues:SAMIR

As a group we were able to manage the health and safety issues very precisely , we thought about every potential hazard that could occur while shooting the TV advert , this includes using correct equipment,The main hazards within our classroom are chairs that may be left un-tucked and bags on the floor. There are certain things that I have written that my group must be aware of and take precautions on things like not looking into the lighting equipment. Also not to handle any of the lighting equipment without protective gloves as they can reach very high temperatures. making sure all the wires as well as props are out of your way so you dont trip over it etc.

How well the group managed the equipment: Georgia

First all we started out with our equipment list, this consisted of what we were using, when we booked it, and additional notes. This list was carried out by me. We made sure we had this list quite early so it was easier to book the equipment out and to also make sure everything we needed was available.
